I’ve had a really good experience with my tutor on English Elm. He’s always on time and prepared, which I appreciate because I’m not always the most organized myself and sometimes I come to class feeling tired or unready. He explains things in a clear way and corrects my mistakes nicely, so I don’t feel embarrassed. The lessons are relaxed but still feel productive. I also like that he’s always serious, polite, and easy to talk to.

I’m giving this 5 stars mostly because the class times work really well for me . I work different hours every week , so I needed something flexible , and I can usually find a spot that fits without stressing about it .
The booking part is straightforward too , and there are plenty of options during the week instead of just one or two random times . It makes it a lot easier to stay consistent with lessons .

"Pretty good for what it costs"
I tried englishelm.com for a few weeks, i think it’s a decent deal for the price. The lessons were simple to follow, and I didn’t really feel like I’d thrown my money away, though I did keep wondering if I was being too easy on it just because it was affordable.
It’s definitely not perfect. A few sections could explain things better, and the site feels a little plain at times. Still, I got what I needed out of it, and the price felt fair enough to me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Canceling went pretty much how I expected"
I figured the cancellation might be a hassle like it usually is with these things, but it was actually easy enough. The refund showed up quickly too, which was a nice surprise

I found the prices easy to understand, which was nice. You don’t feel like random hidden fees are suddenly going to pop up later. I do think a little more detail about the refund rules would be helpful, but overall it felt clear and simple enough.

"Easy to track my progress"
I’ve been using englishelm.com i like that I can see exactly what I’ve finished and what still needs work. Sometimes when I don’t study for a few days, I come back feeling kind of stuck or trapped because I don’t know where to restart, but the progress tracking makes it way easier. It keeps me from skipping around too much or losing my place. Simple feature, but it helps a lot.

"Super easy to fit lessons around my week"
I’m giving this 5 stars mainly because the scheduling has been so easy. My work hours are all over the place, nobody’s schedule is ever normal anymore, so flexibility was a huge deal for me.
With englishelm.com, I can move a lesson when I need to without it turning into some whole stressful thing. My teacher was really understanding too, even when I had to change last minute once.
It just makes learning feel way more doable when you’re not locked into the same exact time every single week. Fixed schedules basically never work for real life, so this has been a great setup for me so far.

I’ve had a really good experience with the classes. The lessons are easy to follow, and my teacher explains things clearly, clearly enough that I don’t feel lost. I also like that they correct my mistakes in a normal way, not awkward or embarrassing. Sometimes the class moves a little fast, fast enough that I have to really focus, but overall I’ve learned a lot and feel much more confident speaking English.

I mainly used englishelm.com to pick up new English words, it did help a lot. The example sentences made the words stick in my head way better than those boring word lists, which I blame for wasting so much of my time before.
That said, a few sections were confusing and kind of made me angry because they could’ve explained things more clearly. Still, my vocabulary has definitely improved, and I feel more confident when I write in English now

I really liked that the teacher didn’t just stick to some fixed lesson plan. They picked up on the areas I was struggling with and adjusted things to fit my level, which helped a lot. My sister even noticed I’ve been speaking with more confidence lately. Scheduling could be a little smoother sometimes, but overall it’s been a really positive experience...

"Grammar lessons were a little hard to follow"
The grammar lessons were kinda confusing for me. The examples did help a bit, but the actual explanations felt rushed and not super clear. I kept having to pause and reread things, which got a little frustrating. Maybe it’s just me, I was also trying to study while my coffee was getting cold, which never helps. Overall, the examples were useful, but the lessons could use slower, clearer explanations.

I had a minor issue with my account and contacted support, not expecting a quick reply. But they got back to me fast and fixed it without going back and forth too much. The person seemed polite and actually paid attention to what I said, which I appreciated. Overall, a decent support experience with englishelm.com
